Shipping Guidelines
• Order Processing:
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after payment confirmation. However, unforeseen delays from designers or logistics may extend dispatch up to 72 hours.
Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and may vary by destination.
• Delivery Timings:
Domestic deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Standard delivery time within India is up to 7 business days.
• Order Tracking:
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS for you to monitor your order.
Shipping Charges
• Within India:
Free shipping across India! We work with trusted logistics partners like Delhivery and Speed Post to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
• International Shipping:
We offer worldwide shipping using reliable global courier services.
o Shipping charges start from INR 1000 for the first item.
o Additional items incur INR 400 per piece.
o In some cases, international shipping fees may be included in the product price—final charges will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we cannot ship restricted items as per delivery service guidelines, including but not limited to:
• Firearms, ammunition, weapons
• Precious metals, currency, negotiable instruments
• Live animals, human remains
• Narcotics, prohibited drugs
• Pornographic material
Order Responsibility & Insurance
We insure your purchase during transit until it reaches your doorstep. A signature is required upon delivery. If someone else (e.g., gift recipient) signs on your behalf, the responsibility is considered successfully transferred to them. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched.
