Refund & Return Policy

At Fabmode, we strive to delight every customer with quality, style, and service. We take pride in offering fashion that we believe delivers the best value for your money. Our return policy is designed with your convenience in mind—easy, transparent, and hassle-free. While we hope you love every purchase, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at returns@fabmode.in within 7 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item(s) in question.

We will either arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/gift card as per your preference.

Every item at Fabmode undergoes quality checks before shipping, but in rare cases of human error, we’re here to help you quickly and efficiently.

Note: Clearance sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Didn’t Like the Product / Not as Expected
We understand that sometimes a product may not match your expectations or appear differently than in pictures. In such cases, you can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery for non-clearance items.
Please email us at returns@fabmode.in with your order number and reason for return.
We will share a return shipping label and arrange pickup within 48–72 hours.
If pickup is not available at your location, you may send the item back to us, and we’ll reimburse up to INR 100 towards courier charges.
Once we receive the returned product in our warehouse, you’ll receive store credit or a gift card (valid for lifetime) which can be used on future purchases.
Please note:
• Cash refunds are not provided.
• Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Stitching Concerns (For International Orders)
At Fabmode, we offer stitching services at a nominal cost for international customers. While we strive to deliver the best fit, we recommend providing detailed measurements in the comment section while placing your order, as standard sizing may not fit all.
If alterations are required, you may send the item back to us at your cost. We will alter the product free of charge and ship it back, covering the return shipping from our end.
Please note:
• Stitched items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Email your alteration details to returns@fabmode.in for assistance.

4. Beads and Sequin Disclaimer
Items with delicate bead or sequin work may experience minor fallout during transit or handling. This is not considered a defect. Many such issues can be resolved during stitching, and tailors can often fix or hide the affected areas.
Before initiating a return for such reasons, please consult your tailor for potential adjustments. Replacing such items may not guarantee a different outcome, as the nature of the work remains consistent.

5. Additional Notes
• Cash on Delivery (COD) and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Only the product value will be issued as store credit/gift card upon successful return.
